It is not possible to download the VISIT-X Video Splitter program on a MacBook as it is specifically designed for Windows. However, there may be similar video splitting programs available for MacBooks such as iMovie or Adobe Premiere Pro.
How do I download the program here? I was sent from a page here but can't find the download link.

You will have to search on Google for remains of the software because the official website doesn't offer anything. I couldn't find a link that works and it's still available.
Also, as far as I know, this application has been discontinued while the developers replaced it with something else that's still available from the member's area. You need to locate their website to find the download.
I've searched the web and found out that it's compatible with 64bit operating systems. If you have the setup package, then you can use it on Windows 10 and all the released versions of Windows.
For any compatibility issues, set the working mode in Windows XP or higher, while Windows 7 remains the preferred one.
